![]() A Kickstarter campaign for My Time at Sandrock launched in October 2020. In October 2019, the purported Sandrock DLC was confirmed to not be a DLC at all, but rather a new game. Later, the possibility of having one or more games set in the Portia universe was mentioned by developers on the Steam forums and the Steam profile page of the developer Loah mentioned My Time at Sandrock by name. No official news about it was announced and few details were given at the time. Despite this, a multiplayer Sandrock DLC was mentioned since early 2018 in various developer comments on Steam. More languages will be supported in Early Access.ĭuring My Time at Portia's extended Kickstarter campaign, a DLC set in Sandrock was listed as the ultimate stretch goal, but this goal was not reached. The demo and beta version are both only available in Chinese and English. Some months after Early Access ends and Sandrock officially releases on PC, it will launch on the Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Xbox One, and Sony PlayStation 4 and 5.Ī Mac release is not currently planned, though it is a possibility more information regarding a Mac version may be given closer to the official release of the game. ![]() In addition, Sandrock runs on Steam Deck, tested by Pathea. It is technically possible for Sandrock to run on Windows 7, though Windows 7 is not officially supported. Fish will approach the bait and stop to eat it.The bait will slowly sink into the sand and eventually disappear over time. Use the mouse to aim and left-click to toss the bait out.The player needs to select a bait by highlighting the option. ![]() To cast the sandfish trap, the player needs to approach a fishing spot, identified by the Fishing Spots icon on the map and a quicksand pit in the overworld.
